Gryphion establishes itself in Synderella Treehouse

What exactly does Gryphion do?

We primarily invest our own capital. Occasionally, (former) entrepreneurs from our network co-invest on a deal-by-deal basis in a passive role. This allows us to make decisions quickly and independently. We currently have four companies in our portfolio: Brisker and LeefEnergieBewust in the Netherlands, and Cinesite and Welbeck in the UK.

What makes your approach different?

Traditional private equity funds are tied to a fixed term and strategy. We are not constrained by that, which allows us to be more flexible and patient. If a company desires, we can support them for the long term, and we can easily adapt to market developments.
