The Nucatus office building is located in a recognizable and easily accessible location in Amsterdam Zuidoost. The A9 exit passes in front of the building and Bullewijk metro stop is a 5-minute walk away. In addition to the many facilities in the area, there is also plenty to do in Nucatus itself.
The ground floor will be completely renewed and will have a grab & go coffee shop, lounge area, staffed reception and shared meeting rooms.
Modern full-service offices are being built on the third floor. There is a lot of daylight on all sides, on one side there is a view of the Johan Cruijff Arena and from the other corner of the building, you can look across the highway to the AMC and Abcoude behind it.
On the 3rd floor, the serviced offices are located, equipped with modern and comfortable furniture. Of course, basic needs such as WiFi, coffee/tea and meeting room are included. Your office is also cleaned weekly. All you have to do is bring your own laptop and you're good to go!
The core of the floor includes a double pantry with a long lunch bar and two toilet groups. On either side of the core, there is a general area containing a meeting room, call cells and a sitting area. Multiple plants, lots of daylight and new climate installations make for a very pleasant working environment.
The only thing missing... is you and your colleagues!
